1. Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), product usage and telemetry, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. Experiment data you create stays within your workspace.
2. How we use data
To provide and secure the service, to communicate with you, to improve the product, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we process data under contract, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation, depending on the purpose.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the service (for example hosting and payments), under appropriate data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We apply encryption in transit, strict access controls and audit logging. See our Security page for details.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Private-cloud deployments keep data in your own cluster.
8. Your rights

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your language and theme. We do not use non-essential tracking without consent.
