These Terms govern your access to and use of the FaultMesh website and service. By using FaultMesh you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

Use FaultMesh only on systems you are authorised to test. Do not use it to harm third parties, breach the law, or disrupt infrastructure you do not control.

3. Chaos & safety responsibility

FaultMesh injects real faults into the targets you choose. You are responsible for selecting safe targets, blast radius and timing. Guardrails such as the kill switch and budget gate assist you but do not replace your judgement.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges are billed as incurred.

5. Trials

Trials are provided as-is for evaluation and may change or end at any time. Unless you upgrade, access ends when the trial expires.

6. Intellectual property

FaultMesh and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of your data and configurations. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

7. Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only to fulfil these Terms.

8. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using FaultMesh at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law & contact
